​​With over 35 years of experience, our team has represented international owners and users in lease and sale transactions in various Mexico markets.

Our transactions involved more than 11.5 million square feet (SqFt) within 17 different cities, encompassing 128 different buildings, additionally we participated in the acquisition or sale of 16 million SqFt of land sites in 13 cities involving over 40 transactions.

We are exclusively a Tenant / Buyer Representation (TBR) team in Mexico. Our clients appreciate the fact that our team does not represent any landlord, developer or industrial property to avoid any potential conflicts of interest like favouring a particular landlord or property. Our team´s fiduciary responsibility is only with our client (tenant or buyer).

Cushman and Wakefield in Mexico begun operations in 1992 in Mexico City. Almost 30 years later we have offices in Monterrey and Tijuana/San Diego, also with strong representation in Queretaro and alliance partners in Cd. Juarez, Guadalajara and Central America. The company employees in Mexico are close to 500 including property management personnel and 50 brokerage professionals.
